Welcome to Sofista! These Terms of Use (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the Sofista website and services (“Platform”) offered by Sofista (“we”, “us”, “our”).   • Harass, spam, or interfere with other users’ experience.

  • Attempt unauthorized access to other accounts or Platform systems.

5. Access to Courses and Content

  • Some materials are free, while others require payment.

  • Paid content becomes available once your purchase is successfully processed.

  • We do not guarantee specific educational results or outcomes.

6. Payments and Refunds

  • Access to paid courses requires payment through secure online methods.

  • Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy and must meet the conditions outlined there.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including course materials, videos, text, graphics and software, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may use content for personal learning only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

By using Sofista, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all the Terms of Use in this Agreement.
